What is the difference between Cost allocation view and Tasker view?

In the Cost allocation view, you can see and search for all purchase invoices.

But you can not see and search for all purchase invoices in the Tasker view.
Although the task is related to the purchase inovice, but the task is finished after the confirmation of the purchase invoice.
